為更好踐行“外交惠澳”宗旨，為在澳外籍人士申請中國簽證提供更加便捷、舒適的辦證服務和環境，經外交部批准，自2021年12月16日起，持外國普通護照人士將通過澳門中國簽證申請服務中心（以下簡稱“簽證申請中心”）申辦中國簽證。外交部駐澳公署領事部不再直接受理簽證申請。申請人可於即日起登錄簽證申請中心網站（http://www.visaforchina.org）填表、預約，並按期前往簽證申請中心辦理。
一、簽證申請中心具體資訊

受理時間：上午9:00至下午5:00（加急申請受理截至11:30）。
二、簽證申請中心只負責受理簽證申請，不參與審批程式。公署領事官員將根據申請人的具體情況決定是否頒發簽證及簽證的有效期、停留期和入境次數。領事官員可根據具體情況要求申請人提供其他證明檔或補充材料，或要求申請人接受面談。
三、簽證申請中心除代公署收取簽證規費、急件費外，將另外收取一定數額的服務費，具體收費標準請徑詢簽證申請中心。
四、持用外交、公務（官員）護照或申請中國外交、禮遇、公務簽證人士，仍請直接前往公署領事部遞交申請，無須預約。公署領事部仍將繼續受理領事認證和中國公民護照、旅行證申請。
五、如對簽證申請中心提供服務有任何改進意見和建議，歡迎同公署領事部聯繫（電話：00853-87915126，接聽時間：工作日下午4:00-6:30）。
NOTICE ON OPENING OF THE CHINESE VISA APPLICATION SERVICE CENTER IN MACAO
For the purpose of better serving the Macao S.A.R. through diplomatic work and providing greater convenience and comfortable services for visa applicants in Macao, holders of ordinary foreign passports are requested to submit visa applications via the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Macao (hereinafter referred to as the "Visa Application Center") from December 16, 2021. The Consular Department of the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Macao S.A.R. will no longer directly accept visa applications from ordinary passport holders. Applicants can log on to the Visa Application Center website (http://www.visaforchina.org) to fill in an online application form and make an appointment from now on, and go to the Visa Application Center to process at the appointed time.

2.Visa Application Center has no decision on visa approval process. The consular officer of the Commissioner’s Office will decide whether to issue a visa, and its validity, duration of stay and number of entries based on the applicant's personal circumstances. The consular officer may request the applicant to provide other supporting documents or supplementary materials according to the specific situation, or an interview.
3. Visa Application Center will charge a certain amount of service fee in addition to the visa fee and express service fee collected on behalf of the Commissioner’s Office. For more information, please contact the Visa Application Center.
4. Applicants holding diplomatic or service (official) passports or applying for Chinese diplomatic, courtesy or service visas may still submit applications directly to the Consular Department of the Office without an appointment. The Consular Department of the Office will continue to accept applications for consular authentication, passports and travel documents for Chinese citizens.
